8 Steps To Win The Battle Against Dry Winter Skin

Winter is the season of itchy, flaky, and irritated skin. There are a number of products out there, like dry body oil spray, that work wonders. There are also quite a few things you can do to keep your complexion healthy and well nourished.

1 - Drink Lots Of Water. This is a simple thing most of us forget to do, and it can have many benefits during winter when the air is dry. 8 - Protect Yourself From The Sun. It's easy to remember to use sunscreen in the scorching summer months, but in the winter when you're doing more shivering than sunbathing, it can be easy to forget.
