A Small Vendor's Database Management Tool Used by Russia's National Mobile Operator

Can products by small vendors be used by giant corporations? With the exception of freshly made doughnuts, this rarely happens. And every time it does, it makes big news. This time, a software tool developed by a small company DBA Inventions LLC, has been selected by the biggest player on Russia’s GSM arena, Mobile TeleSystems (MTS).
