Non Surgical Face Lift- - 7 Days to a Younger Look

We've all seen the hype for non surgical face lifts and facial exercises for wrinkles, and facial exercises for jowls and neck. Do they really work? I'll explain how they work, if they work, and the difference between facial exercises and Botox injections.

We've heard of Botox injections and we think they must work because we see celebrities change their appearance with it. But what is it doing to their faces? I want you to know right now, Botox is a toxin. It is derived from the most powerful toxin to humans. Botlism toxin is found in canned foods and fermented uncooked food. This toxin, when injected into the face paralyzes the facial muscles. If Botulism poisoning is a result it could paralyze the arms and legs then breathing is effected because you wouldn't be able to exhale the carbon dioxide properly.

When Botox is injected, it blocks the signals to the targeted muscles in the face. When the muscle doesn't contract wrinkles don't show as much. When the face and neck are injected into the targeted muscle wrinkles do fade in that area but you have to keep going back every 4 months to keep that look. Now that you know what Botox is let's look at a non invasive face lift.

Did you know there are about 52 muscles in the face? We work our body muscles but we can also work the muscles in face by doing various facial exercises for wrinkles, facial exercises for jowls and the neck.

Keeping muscles toned in the face, there will be less sagging of the skin. Why? Because facial muscles will respond to resistance training as any other muscle in the body. Simply put, the facial muscles aren't any different from any other muscles in your body.

Here is an exercise I call the non surgical neck lift and will show results in about 7 days! First, put your teeth together and frown really hard with your mouth and contract the muscles in the neck. While doing this, push out on your bottom teeth with your tongue. You will feel that the muscles in the whole front of the neck area are tight and the muscles under the chin are lifted upward because of the tongue tightening of the tongue muscles. Hold this position for about 1 minute, rest, and do it again for the next 5 minutes. If you do this every day, you will see results in about 7 days.

You know, it is a fact that as you grow older, your face will age too. However, premature aging of face should not be an issue for you. Facial exercises for the face and neck will help slow down the aging process. No injections, no surgery, no expensive skin care treatments. It literally couldn't hurt to try the facial exercises!
