Photo Greeting Cards Shake Up Traditional Methods

Nowadays, cards need to be completely unique in order to make an impression on someone; very few cards get saved as a keepsake. Photo greeting cards are a new and fun way to send a message to someone and if you get them produced through a company, you can have professional looking cards with a photo of your choice on.

These cards can be used as a way to wish Seasons Greetings to close family members. If your family takes an annual Christmas photo all together, you could use that as the front to your card. Alternatively, if you take pride in your Christmas tree each year, you could have that as the picture on the front. One of the nicest things to do is, if there is an annual family tradition that you all take part in, to take a picture of that and use that in the card.

Trying to find a thank you card that looks like you sincerely appreciated a present is difficult. Use a photo greeting card as a way to show how grateful you are to have received your gift by sending a photograph of you using or wearing the present. If you're looking to thank people for attending a wedding then use a photo from the wedding day, it could be of the cake, the bride and groom, the service or the reception.

The birth of a new member of a family is a joyous occasion; next time your family is graced with the pitter patter of little feet, instead of sliding a photo of the newborn into the card, have the photo as the card itself. Or if you want to put a twist on traditional mothers' and fathers' day cards, you could use a photo of you and your parents together on either a special event or from when you were a baby in order to show them how much they truly mean to you.

These are just a few suggestions about what you can use photo greeting cards for, but the list is far from exhausted; these cards can be used for a variety of occasions such as Valentine's Day, congratulations cards, birthdays and a whole host of other days. It's highly advised that you get your personalised cards produced through a company as they will ensure that high quality paper is used as well as giving you the right sized envelopes for your cards.
