Various Options for Comfortable Vehicle Transportation

Making the decision about what transport services should be used can be frustrating at times, and often that source of frustration is simply due to not knowing what services are available. The following offers a summation of various types of vehicles typically offered by transport services, and also the occupancy limits for each specific vehicle.

Sedan--These vehicles have the capacity for up to three people and a spacious trunk for any baggage. This type of transportation is perfect for those who are traveling and do not want to deal with the hassles of cabs or car rentals, plus the sedans offered are typically of the luxury variety providing maximum comfort.

SUV--Up to seven people typically fit into the SUVs used by most companies (often Denalis or Escalades). The SUV is the perfect choice for small groups on a business trip, or a group on a recreational excursion. Besides the extra seating, the SUV provides far more luggage space than a sedan, enabling the transportation of larger items or ones more difficult to transport in sedans.

Executive Van--With the capacity of up to fourteen passengers, this vehicle is perfect for slightly larger groups than would fit in the sedans or SUVs. Executive vans are a great choice for functional transportation of groups for business trips or other smaller group activities.

Limousines--This category of vehicle has an eight to fourteen occupancy capacity. Limos are a great way to travel in style. Because of their size, they are also more than just eye-catching: they provide an excellent place to conduct business meetings. This type of vehicle is a great combination of capacity and luxury for professional events and special events like weddings and proms.

SUV Limousine -- Much like the typical limo based on luxury sedans, these vehicles are based on luxury SUVs and have the capacity to transport up to twenty-four people. SUV limos are a great choice when typical limos are not eye-catching enough, or if you want to be noticed and are in a party that is too large for the typical limousine.

Mini-bus--With a seating capacity of around twenty-five people, these vehicles are a great option for larger groups. These vehicles are often used for business or recreational events when the cost and flash of the SUV limos are not needed or desired. The seating in these vehicles is typically comfortable, and enables longer travel times, or just better conditions for city travel.

Motor Coach--These vehicles can seat up to sixty people and are not to be confused with memories of your childhood school bus. These are luxury vehicles with comfortable seating, climate control, and extensive luggage capacity. Motor Coaches are perfect for any large group activities. Plus, these vehicles are designed for lengthy periods of travel and are therefore perfect for events in which sitting on the vehicle for extended periods of time is required.
